United States Customs

Convenient delivery to Unites States is available. Most orders to the US are delivered through our expedited ground service and arrive at your door within seven to ten days. Premium and Overnight Delivery are available but no time guarantees are taken. Orders destined for the US will be cleared through customs and delivered by broker Expeditors. By placing your order to the US you authorize Expeditors to obtain customs clearance for your merchandise and remit applicable duty and taxes on your behalf to the US Revenue, Customs and Taxation departments. ABC Cork Co is not responsible for shipping delays at the Border.
Pallet Rate
- Shop Manually for Pallets rates and save. This service is done manually by one of our customer service representatives and will be charged once the customer has approved the shipping costs.
Standard Rate
- Shipping and Service Charges include apportioned shipping, order processing, packaging, credit services, customer service and other costs related to serving you. All Standard Shipments do not have a handling charges.
Premium Rate
- Items shipped via premium delivery usually take 3 to 5 business days to arrive at their destination once they've been shipped. Orders received on weekends or holidays will ship on the next business day. Premium delivery is not available on Pallet Shipping. All Premium Shipments have a Handling charge of $6.00.
Express Rate
- Items shipped via express delivery usually take 1 to 2 business days to arrive at their destination once they've been shipped. Orders received on weekends or holidays will ship on the next business day. Express delivery is not available on Pallet Shipping. All Express Shipments have a Handling charge of $12.00.

Over Sized Items

Oversized items may be subject to additional shipping and service charges when shipped to the United States.

Shipping Carriers

We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: Pallets we rate shop, small packages, Canada / US Post, United Parcel Service (UPS), Purolator, or FedEx.
